Hoosier Basketball Magazine’s Top 60 Workout has an incredible history of recognizing Indiana’s top graduating seniors each year.

The spring of 2020 was disappointing for IHSAA sectional champion teams that were not able to compete in the remainder of the IHSAA State Tournament due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Similarly, there was disappointment among an elite group of Top 60 graduating seniors who were not able to compete in the annual Hoosier Basketball Magazine's Boys Top 60 Senior Workout due to COVID-19.

The Boys Top 60 Senior Workout started back in 1987 and was named the Top 40 Workout. Interestingly enough that was six years after Hoosier Basketball Magazine had

coordinated and organized the Girls Top 40 Workout. March 29, 2020 would have been Hoosier Basketball's 33rd annual event without interruption.

This event is open to the public. For media credentials contact Hoosier Basketball Magazine  at (317) 925-8200.

Hoosier Basketball Magazine's Boys Top 60 Senior Workout will be held at Marian University in the spring of 2021.

Special thanks to Steve Downing, Athletic Director and Scott Heady, Men's Basketball Coach for the use of this excellent facility.

The purpose of the Top 60 Workout is three-fold:

  • To enable 60 of the top graduating seniors to meet and compete and represent   the entire state

  • To offer significant exposure in front of numerous college coaches in attendance

  • To provide Indiana-Kentucky All-Star officials from the IBCA an opportunity to view

  • the top seniors who had already received votes on their official All-Star ballot.
