In its 50th year of publication Hoosier Basketball Magazine presents an annual comprehensive survey of all high school (boys and girls), college (men and women) and professional (Pacers and Fever) basketball in Indiana. While previewing all men's and women's college teams, as well as presenting an analysis of the NBA's Indiana Pacers and WNBA's Indiana Fever, Hoosier Basketball is first and foremost an in-depth probe of Indiana high school basketball.

Kip Wesner, publisher, of Hoosier Basketball Magazine, authors the boys and girls state round-ups for basketball in Indiana. Hoosier Basketball Magazine ranks Indiana's top teams as well as each of the four class favorites. HBM also features four All-State teams. With All-State and Honorable Mention combined, the number of players receiving recognition is more than 1,000 overall (boys and girls combined).

Sixteen detailed regional round-ups highlight each team and the top players within each regional area, in all there are over 800 boys' and girls' prep teams that are profiled.

Hoosier Basketball Magazine is available at high schools statewide and on many newsstands across Indiana during the basketball season.
